Absolutely! Our technical experts can discuss your needs over the phone and can recommend a technically sound solution to you. We can ship anywhere in Ontario. We will provide you with an estimate of the expected shipping costs so that you can make a sound decision about your purchase.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa debit and debit.

Absolutely. Although we have one of the most extensive inventories of retail and wholesale pumps and water systems in Southwestern Ontario, there are thousands of pumps manufactured for an infinite number of pump applications. If we don’t have the pump you need in our vast inventory, we will do our best to obtain it from our extensive network of suppliers

Product sales

London Pump Supply Ltd. warranties all items we sell. We are the warranty/service center for all products and brands we sell. If there is an issue with the item you purchased in the given warranty period (many manufacturers and models have different warranty periods), just bring the item/pump back along with a copy of your invoice to us for review. If the unit has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the pump for you from our inventory.

We appreciate any requests for quotation. Our technical experts are fast and efficient and should respond to your queries within 1-2 business days. We try to satisfy our customer’s needs by providing expert advice and after sale support. But there are times when the product we provide might not meet our customer’s needs. All product returns are subject to a restocking charge. There are no returns/exchanges on any product that has been used.

Yes! We are the leading service repair facility for all pumps and electric motors in Southwestern Ontario. Our team of technicians have been providing pump and electric motor service for over 30 years. We are supported by a network of suppliers who are able to quickly provide the replacement parts you need to get your pump up and running as soon as possible. We also stock parts and accessories for most pump lines.

Repairs

We do not estimate repairs over the phone. We need to have the pump in our possession to do a repair estimate.

Pumps for repair must be brought to our service department. For a fee, we perform on-site inspection for jet pumps, however we do not do on-site inspection for pool/hot tubs pumps.

When you bring a pump into our store for repair we disassemble the pump, determine which parts are needed to perform a practical and technically sound repair and will provide you with a free estimate. If you agree to proceed with the repair, we typically can perform the repair within 24 hours. We guarantee all our repairs and you can trust that the workmanship is both professional and reliable.

If you decide not to proceed with the estimated repair, we will give you back your disassembled pump free of charge.

Repairs made by our service department are warrantied for 90 days but only on the parts that we replaced (i.e. bearings, seals, impellers, etc.). If the repair completed by London Pump Supply Ltd. included the installation of a new motor, that motor has a 1 year warranty. If the motor was not replaced with a new motor and the existing motor fails within 90 days, it is not covered under warranty.

London Pump Supply Ltd. will not warranty any repair if damage was done to the pump subsequent to the repair including but not limited to running the pump dry or over heating the pump.

We do not sell or repair pressure washer pumps or gas driven water pumps.
